Just curious if it is anyone from the Dev team as i'm sure they've done that in the past before. He looks oddly familiar to me.

    I can't tell yet if he is muscular or just fat, the coat doesn't help. :p

    It's in the game files of the PTB.

    Every non-licensed character in the game has new cosmetics coming up, with the exception of Dwight, Feng, Ace & David.

    I've got a whole compilation of it here. Spoilers, naturally.
