What builds do you guys use on Pyramid Head.
I run nurses, deathbound, monitor and abuse, and discordance.
Most recommended perks have been

Currently running I’m All Ears, Corrupt Intervention, Surge, and Infectious Fright. Feeling lukewarm about Infectious right now though, considering swapping it for something else, though I’m not sure what yet either.

I found surge to be underwhelming with him since it doesn't trigger if you use the ranged attack. How useful have you found it to be?

It’s not the most consistent perk on him, I won’t argue, but the fairly high probability I wind up faking the shockwave and M1 instead is high enough I’ve gotten enough value out of it to appreciate it. I’m generally a fan of Surge though on any killer that is just as likely to M1 for the down as use a power for it, as the time saved is just so worth it on maps with verticality. I feel like that idea of “time saved” fits his strengths well, and it’s something I’m happy enough to keep for now. Made the break 50 gens/pallets archive go a lot quicker too.

I'm All Ears, BBQ, PGTW, and Discordance. Discordance is just good for helping me get in chases early and preventing multiple survivors on gens, I avoid using Cages to get the most uses out of BBQ and PGTW cause they're too good not to use, and I'm All Ears is just perfect for his power.

im liking this:
Infectious fright, monitor & abuse, bbq, and im all ears
infectious because its really good to begin with, and because it can save you a lot of time with caging a survivor on occasion. monitor just enhances infectious so i like using them together.
bbq for bloodpoints and aura reading, and im all ears to get easier hits when im going for blind shots with punishment of the damned
though if i wasn't such a bp hog id switch bbq for corrupt intervention so id have some game delay

I been using two.
This one is pretty mean. I been messing around with it alot and the protection hits are hella bugged. Basically any time a survivor is near another survivor it will proc. Combined with PHs ability to camp the basement almost as hard as bubba (by spamming torment all over it) and it's really hard to save from the basement without getting tormented, broken, and continuing the snowball.
This one is just a general build. I love monitor on him since his TR is quiet to begin with, so with monitor you get right up on people alot of the time. Discordance for a super solid tracking perk that really helps with the gen rush. Save the best since PH M1 into M2 is a nasty combo. I find using his M2 to zone is better than actually firing it most of the time, so most of my attacks end up being M1. You can also save the stacks by M2ing the obsession. Corrupt because it's just the best killer perk right now.

So far, I'm having an okay time with Enduring, PoP, I'm All Ears, and Sloppy.

Sloppy Butcher, I'm finding, is really useful on him. If I use a basic attack, it's almost always for the first hit, but actually downing them has been with his power more so than another basic attack (thus, surge feels like a waste on him). BBQ is nice and all, but I also don't always hook with him, since caging saves so much time when it's available, so infectious fright is good for downing, caging, then going after those who screamed around me. STBFL is interesting, too The last one, you could use BBQ, I guess. I did find that Dark Devotion was actually quite fun with him. Slap the obsession, break chase, and sneak up on the others. Spooks them real good. 😄
