How did they mess up something so... simple? They already had the 3 Year Anniversary cake, why not just copy the code or something and change 103% to 104%? But yeah, save em. Got a fat stack of em on Yui waiting to be burned.

Im going full on conspiracy theory here.
Maybe the devs didnt mess up, they know there'll be 3-4 cakes per match, thats alot of bp players are making. We'll "bug" it so it doesnt stack but make it 140%, players still making bp but not as much as they would be if they stacked.

thats malicious and it didnt happen before with the cakes from last year so i dont get why they would do such a thing.

The only thing that they probably did is spread out chapter release and event by 2 weeks so that people wouldnt spend their millions of spared BP and get a giant amount of cakes.
