Crown gets into view when playing as the Nurse

Description:
When in fatigue, the crown is swinging around on the right side of the screen. Very distracting.
Steps to reproduce:
Go into fatigue. It happens every time. I had Shadowborn, so it could be more visible.
Edit: added that I had Shadowborn equipped.

Sorry for taking a while, took a while to load in to the match. This does occur usually in the bottom right of the screen during fatigue.
