Survivor stuck inside hook base - PS4
A survivor that was unhooked became wedged into the base of the hook. I have uploaded a video, linked in this report. I was playing killer, so it is unclear from my perspective when it happened, whether it was intentional by the Claudette, and if it was possible for them to get out. As the video shows, I could not reach them with a basic attack, and could not pick them up (no prompt), but the Punishment attack was effective and they could be healed by another survivor. They eventually bled out.
I have never seen this bug before
This occurred on PS4, on the Father Campbell's Chapel map.
Editing for timestamps:
0:18 - I hook the Claudette.
0:42 - They are rescued from the hook while I am away.
0:54 - I see their aura and use Punishment to knock them down from the other side of the wall. I assume they have Decisive Strike and move on without looking at them much.
2:18 - I attempt to pick them up. Finding myself unable, I move on.
3:15 - I find another survivor as they are saving the Claudette from Dying state. I attempt to hit the (now standing) Claudette with a basic attack and bounce off the hook. I successfully hit them with a Punishment and walk away.
4:14 - The Claudette is healed up again offscreen.
4:20 - I knock them down with a Punishment attack again. This time there is a visual oddity where it appears they are no longer inside the hook, but then their model snaps back into the hook. I make one final attempt to get close and pick them up and find myself unable.
Not shown - The Claudette remained down until eventually bleeding out. I presume they were still inside the hook.
