Event crowns not unlocking
3 times I've completed the steps required to get the crowns and it has not worked. Most recently last night I played Kate denson, completed all the steps got credit on end game screen. Go to put it on and it's not there. I have the video saved shows me get it escape get credit and I ho to put it on and it's not there. Killers are not going easy right now, I'm trying to get as many as I can. Red ranks and solo it's not easy and to have to do it twice on charecter it's not cool at all, feels disrespectful. Not to mention the insane amount of bugs right now. On top of all that I still cannot use the konami code on console. At what point is to much ? I'm feeling that I'm reaching my limit, feels like my time and money are not being appreciated by this company. P.s I have gotten sum crowns, ita completely random when I do and dont get them 1 time killer 2 times survivor. I have the video to prove on kate. Show us you appreciate your community and fix things in a timely matter, not weeks or months later.

Licensed Killers/Survivors cannot get crowns.
but regarding Kate, I have no idea as to why you may not be getting crowns.

I have played Nurse, Wraith, Huntress and Legion and I managed to pick up the crown and even got the "crowned" notification at the end of the match but i'm still not getting the crowns! This is really frustrating.
