What's taking so long??
I've submitted a ticket. Its been more than 13 days, there's still no response to my ticket. I'm truly disappointed with this delay. I don't know any other game where it takes so long for the initial response to a ticket. Can any mod shed any light to what is happening with my ticket? Will it be responded to?
It's a technical issue I'm facing with matchmaking on PS4 for quite a while. It is literally making the game unplayable and unfun for me. Kindly respond.

No. It's not that. There's been an increase in ping. Earlier I was connected with players from the middle east, with ping around 40. Now I'm getting matched with Japanese and EU players, with floating ping between 160-200. This is a massive increase from 40 ping. It's literally unplayable for both roles. I cannot grab players anymore, sometimes my hit doesn't connect, other times as a survivor I get hit through pallets and even from miles away. And it's not just me, even my friends who are from the same region, India, has been experiencing this since June 8th 2020.

It took like more than 3 weeks for them to get to my report. Maybe it takes different amount of time for different things but... All I can say is good luck.

Damn. That's a super long time. I seriously don't know any other game where it has taken so long for a reply. Players don't want instant resolution, most just want answers on why the game isn't working as intended.
