Premium track on the rift has no Auric Cells

Description of the issue: A friend of mine told me that his premium track has no Auric Cells. I'm unable to verify it on my account because I'm cooking.

Steps to reproduce: Open the rift and check the premium track.

How often does this occur: Always, presumably.

    Seems it took a long time to load "Player independent shop data" (about 20 seconds). After a restart, they were back.
