IMO Iridescent Head Add-on itself isn't a problem

The problem only arises when it is stacked with Infantry Belt, which almost eliminates all its downsides.

IMO the only change needed is to cap the number of hatchet to 1 when using iridescent head, so other add-ons that increases the number of hatchet won't work.

I said this because i don't want devs to gut her red add-ons to deathslinger's level, which is borderline useless.

    Yup, they should add the text that the amount of hatchets cant be increased by other add-ons if you use irri head.

    This was my exact thought when I saw the post on nerfing iri head. Having one hatchet makes it quite balanced, especially if survivors do gens instead of healing up.

    I might be tooting my own horn here but....Huntress is one of those killers that you don't need addons to win.

    Maybe some recovery? An extra hatchet....maybe? But...you don't NEED them.

    I'm just staying, as a Huntress main.

    Problem with DS's red addon is that you need to reel them in for the full effect, which on that distance can be an issue with so much clutter in the way.

    It is not an issue with proposed Huntress' change as effect will be instant, wont feel cheap and will have potential to be countered, which is an interactive part that matters the most in dbd.

    IMO you can win without add-ons with any killers (Except trapper, 1 trap is definitely not enough). I got to rank 1 by playing as every killers i own without any add-on.

    Sure, sometimes i get absolutely demolished especially streamers SWF, but i don't think i can do anything about that except maybe bring a red mori.

    Infantry belt is A problem when it comes to Iri heads, but it's not THE problem.

    If the devs want to keep Belt and Iri head working together, then they need to add a minimum effective range, so you aren't running around with basically Exposed all game. We already have Hillbilly and Bubba for that.

    That's what i don't like. Deathslinger's ultra rare add-on is useless for this reason. If they make it like 32 m away then it's basically useless, and we don't want another useless ultra rare add-ons.

    Just make it limit to 1 hatchet. Easy fix, and still viable.
