[Bug]: PC - The DC survivor on the hook, the remnant life bar is stucked

WHAT TO ADD IN THE DESCRIPTION

Step 1: Boot the game

Step 2: Play as survivor in a public match

Step 3: The game is starting on the Treatment Theatre - Léry's Memorial Institute

Step 4: The kiler hook this survivor on the first time

Step 5: An another survivor save this survivor hooked but the killer tunnel him again

Step 6: This survivor press "ESC" button on the his keyboard, and the game shows a new screen where he's click on the "Leave match"

Step 7: Here the icon of the survivor DC on the hook, the remnant life bar is stucked for all match (Video 1)

When a survivor disconnected the game on the hook, the icon of the survivor the remnant life bar is stucked for all match, i hope which fix this issue
