ideas for a doctor nerf

there some idas for a docotor nerf
- on madness 1 or 2 if you are far enough from the doc the madness solwly decrease to lvl 0 madness (doesn't work if you are in madness 3)
- disable/less opaque docdor's visual effect it beacome easely a visual mess
- the static blast give no madness
- while screaming the doc wil see it only if he is close enough
- make the madness 3 recovery skil checks a bit slower it's hard for the begeners or ######### (like me)
