Which Killer has the best pair of Ultra Rare Addons?
Hillbilly, Leatherface and Huntress do not count because, obviously, they don't have Ultra Rare addons or they don't have the right amount of Ultra Rare addons.
But honestly, I'd say Wraith could be a contender. All Seeing "Spirit" gives you great map knowledge and Coxcombed Clapper gives you even better stealth since it could give you some easier hits.

I'd say Trapper, Doctor, Nightmare, Shape & Wraith.

Spirit has some great pink add ons, as does Wraith as you mentioned.

Doctor, and its not close. King and Queen make for an insane game with the right addons.

Wraith! The red clapper is so so good. And the other one is strong also.

Plague I'd say. Black incense is the only one usually mentioned but both can be nutty, especially if iri seal is paired with a corrupt duration add-on

Plagues Ultra rare addons are pretty decent as well.
