Behaviour please.

Look, I understand that you guys have a lot of things to do with the current event. But please start adressing the core issues of the game. 4 years into the game's lifespan and you'll still get exhausted without perks activating, swings will still miss when they should connect, and hit when they shouldn't. Matchmaking is still something that plagues the game. I might be alone in this but I would perfer to see the next DLC delayed by a few months while you guys adress the core problems. There's a lot of problems and they make the game very hard to enjoy unless you're in low ranks or in red ranks. In purple and high green ranks you never know what kind of killer you'll get. Let alone the server they're connected too. I'd like to see the following things and I know I'm not alone:


  • More responsiveness (ie, activating deadhard and still getting hit is weird, downing a surivor and having them drop the pallet still, not being able to drop pallets)
  • Better matchmaking (I know you've tried this in the past but even just putting a limit to a color above and below your current rank would solve a lot of this problem)
  • Better matchmaking p2 (Connection to host should not exceed a ping limit set by user. Like I'll lobby dodge if I'm in lobby with a consistant 150 ping)
  • And just generally fixing hitboxes.

So for the last one I think I'll describe it more for those who don't quite understand.


There are a lot of times where hitboxes shouldn't line up to hit a survivor, yet they do. I do not understand this but a huntress axe that is clearly far away from you hitting you sucks, getting hit by a killer whilst behind them sucks, missing a swing despite the survivor being right infront of you (without dead harding) really sucks. I understand that survivors already have a lot of tools that they can use but there are some things that I feel need to be addressed. I know I'm not the only one who sees this a lot. and I feel like it should go based off of what the server sees, not the killer. Because the second it goes off of someones client and they have a poor connection, they lag, everyone else lags, and that just screws up the game. Like teleporting 10 feet back for seemingly no reason really sucks. I don't know, maybe its just me who is fed up with dumb stuff like this, but I think this should be atleast looked at to try to fix the game. I know that its gotten better. But they don't have anything that they've hinted at saying that they're working on this anymore and its still a massive problem.


A roadmap to see where the game is going would be really nice, kind of like Ubisoft did with r6 when the game was falling a part. Dbd isn't at that stage yet but if problems continue to go unfixed there's going to be a lot more people just leaving the game because of those problems/
