PC - Demogorgon stuck in wall

Playing as demogorgon on the disturbed ward. I teleported from a portal near an exit gate to one upstairs and I just got stuck. When I came out of the portal I wasn't on it, I was near it, inside a wall. I'm playing on steam, I literally couldn't move or get out at all.
