Event flashlight points downwards

Looted an event flashlight from a chest. When testing it (injured Dwight), the beam just points downwards; there's even no animation for the arm to be raised.

This issue seems to affect all flashlights. It happened to me while I was using a green flashlight that I found in a chest.
