Making DS Fair and Easily Counterable

1. DS still activates after being unhooked

2. It only lasts for 30 seconds

3. It pauses while in chase and stays paused out of chase for 10 seconds

4. It can be used both times you are unhooked

5. It is automatic rather than requiring a skill-check

6. If the killer is in stealth, then DS will stay paused until you make 30 meters of distance.

7. It becomes base-kit


7 will be hated, but I find it quite stupid that the only sure-fire way to defend against tunneling is a perk locked behind dlc.

These points will make it so that DS is actually used to counter tunneling rather than waste the killer's time.
