Bug on getting crowns for killers

So I´m on console (xbox) and i´ve been getting the crowns for the killers side. Recently I was getting it for trapper and I even got the notification that I unlocked it. When I go to check if I have the cosmetic it doesn´t appear. So I went to go do it again and the same thing happens, i get the notfication and it still doesn´t appear. I´ve done it with hag and huntress and the same thing happens.
