Silent Hill map bug

The hatch popped up on the Silent Hill map, and I was not allowed to escape.
The killer gave me several opportunities, but I just couldn't.
However, he was able to close it.
I was simply left alone as the sole survivor, and the hatch appeared near me. When I went, I saw I was buggy.
