New Environment Effects Idea
With the juicy looking graphical update I see an opportunity that I pray the devs take advantage of.
In the days of yor, moonlight offerings to adjust the lighting of the maps were a neat thing that either side could use to change the environment to either advantage or disadvantage. It also added flavor to each of the worlds in the game at that time along with the fog offerings.
I think it would be so cool to see weather events added to the maps and possibly night/day variants.
This would allow the dev team to control exactly what the ideal visibility should be to ensure a good game play experience for players while adding spice to all the existing maps.
Thunderstorm, Rain, Wind or mixes of all of that would make the game very interesting.
Changes in the atmosphere would go along way.

Actually, I would really like to play on all the map with different weather conditions, but I don’t quite understand how this can be implemented normally on closed maps, but the concept is counted and it would be really cool and unusual!

Red forest already has light rain. They could just add ambiance of a storm, and make grass/props shake in the wind as if it were a storm. Lightning and thunder effects would be really cool too.
Edit: It'd also be super interesting to see weather offerings too!

I think this will not really happen. They disabled the moon offerings while saying that one of the reasons is that they needed to check lighting for every single map. Meaning with 2 darker and 2 brighter offerings, they have to kinda rework every single map 4 times. And I'm pretty sure that other einvironmental changes would cause the same overhead

I really like this idea. Looks like it would need a lot of work though. But yeah i can imagine some maps in a different weather could be extremely creepy 😮

A rain offering would be cool, washes away the blood quicker but footsteps stay longer.

I'd imagine for indoor maps is that they'd mainly have ambient noises/leaks(Most indoor maps are decrepit) and the outdoor parts if any would have a more noticeable effect.
Using Lerry's as an example: If there's a snow storm weather effect in play snow would fall in from cracks in the ceiling and some ambient windows(aka not intractable ones) would be open to let the snow in while the outside areas aka the gates would have the normal snow storm effect.
