Oni Couldn't Pick up Blood Orbs (PC)

I was able to fill up my meter all the way to max, but it stayed white and wouldn't let me pick up any other blood orbs or gain blood from hitting survivors, so I couldn't use my power the entire cage. I know I gathered blood orbs left from someone that had no mither when it happened, I don't know if that is related to the actual issue.
