is there a way so i can play in "my" servers?

I'm from chile and today i'm having issues with the ping and the lobby (and afraid it'll keep happening), i cant get good ping and i think the reason is im being filled in in NA servers, but i keep dodging and keep getting sent to NA servers, i dont want to play with bad ping bc it will affect my gameplay and overall fun :c and i also need to play survivor a lot (for archives) but again, cant get decent ping
