Demogorgon's Perks Buff [Surge, Mindbreaker, Cruel Limits]
It turned out that the Demogorgon has very weak perks (however, a little benefit can be derived from the surge, while the other two perks only get worse). I would like to give such corrections to these three perks to make them a little more useful in practice.
Surge
Your eerie presence charges the air and interferes with technology.
Putting a Survivor into the Dying State with a Basic Attack causes all Generators within a radius of 32 meters to instantly explode and regress.
Surge applies an immediate regression penalty of 6/8/10%.
Surge can only be triggered once every couple of seconds.
Mindbreaker
Your distressing presence drains and weakens your prey.
While repairing Generators with less than 50% Repair progression, Survivors are afflicted by the Exhausted Status Effect.
While repairing Generators with more than 80/75/70% Repair progression, Survivors are afflicted by the Exposed Status Effect.
Any existing Exhaustion Status Effect timers are paused while the Survivor is repairing a Generator. After ending the Repair action, the Survivor loses the Exposed Status Effect and becomes afflicted by the Exhausted Status Effect for 5 seconds.
Now I have made this perk quite dangerous for survivors, since now the survivors will be at risk, repairing the generators, I added a condition of 70% for balance, although I may be wrong and maybe the numbers should be made more profitable for the Killer or vice versa.
Cruel Limits
Your ties to the otherworldly manifest when your prey attempts to get away.
Each time a Generator is repaired, all Windows and Broken Walls locations within a radius of 24 meters from the completed Generator are blocked for all Survivors for the next 20/25/30 Seconds.
Now the perk makes a map dangerous, since absolutely all windows are now blocked, as well as the broken walls that the killer broke before the perk was activated, more walls are waiting for us in the future, so my idea will be pretty strong in the future.
What do you think? I'll accept a constructive criticism and maybe change something in this post later.

Surge is actually a pretty damn good perk. I don't think it needs a buff, I'm content running it as it is.

Love em. It's perfect. No further changes needed.

Here's the thing about surge is it can't damage already damaged generators so its cooldown is meaningless as it currently stands.
Sense you can't re-surge a gen until a survivor starts working on it again why does it have a cooldown?

Maybe, but it can be done even better, especially considering the cooldown, a lot of people complain about it

I'd be fine with these, and those improvements may make Demi appear more often, which considering its one of my favourite killers to face shall be very welcome!

That argument is like saying DS "could be done even better"
By the time you end another chase, surge is probably off cooldown.

You understand that it means that perk can be made better not only towards survivors, right? (from your side it sounded as DS could be made better for survivors)
And what you said sounds very situational, it really depends on your game style, killer etc. In my personal experience most of the times the perk was on the cooldown, when it would be very helpful, so I most likely will not change my mind about the perk.

That depends on the kind of Killer you are, which is the main limitation. It works well with very specific Killers and is basically useless on everyone else. And considering how versatile the perk should be on paper, that's a problem.
Take Billy for Example. Currently the perk is basically unusable. With these usability changes he can now run the perk and get decent value out of it. Same goes for any other M2 Killer, but also goes for snowball heavy Killers like Myers and the Nurse.
Currently it's a snowball perk that only works well on Killers that don't snowball very hard. Specifically Steath Killers have the best synergy, since they can catch Survivors near gens the most often and use their M1 to down the Survivors.
