Perks doesn't show and wrong killer power in end game menu

My perks and killer's perk didn't show up in the end game menu.
Not sure how to reproduce.
First, time happening to me. I had notice other people's perks not showing up. Another thing I had notice. The killer's power doesn't match the killer that was played. This is the 2nd Time I notice it.
Ignore the chat. Everyone is salty that the killer camp the whole game.

The Killer had noed. That why I knew he had a perk.

I also ran into this, but with Deathslinger. The endgame screen said it was Freddy, though. I already knew that he had at least 3 hex perks because I was cleansing a hex when Thrill of the Hunt popped up. When I found the Thrill totem, another hex was destroyed somewhere else on the map.
