Yet another Springtrap idea believe it or not.

Power - Looming Presence

Hallucinations

Hallucinations will appear to you throughout the night, hindering Survivors progress.

The Bear: Spawns near a survivor, creating an 8m terror radius. Survivors can interact with The Bear to remove its presence. Depending on how active the hallucinations are, The Bear will become agitated quicker. After becoming agitated, he will release a sound notification and regressing all generators within 16m by 8%. The Bear cannot be seen with Mental Manipulation.

The Child: The Child will block a survivors vision for a short time.

The Bird: Spawns near a survivor, creating a 12m terror radius. Within this radius Skill checks become faster depending on how active The Bird is. The Bird lasts until interacted with or until it spawns in a new location.

The Wreckage: Spawns near a survivor, creating a 12m terror radius. Within this radius skill checks become reversed. Interaction time to remove The Wreckage takes 8 seconds. This is multiplied by how active The Wreckage is. If a generator is not being worked on within this radius, it instead regresses.

The Fox: The Fox spawns randomly behind The Mascot while within chase. The Fox will travel to nearby windows or pallets. Upon touching a survivor, that survivor will be prevented from using Windows or Pallets for 4 seconds, multiplied by how active The Fox is.

The Mannequin: The Mannequin blocks the survivors vision for a moderate amount of time. The Mannequin cannot be seen with Mental Manipulation.

For each generator completed, hallucinations become 25% more active (multiplicitive, 100 -> 125 -> 156 -> 195 -> 244 -> 305)

Mental Manipulation

The Mascot can use their power to see any Hallucinations. During this time, the mascot is slowed by 40% and one hallucination will spawn if no others exist.

Ventilation

4 vents spawn at the start of the trial. While standing on a vent, you may travel to another vent. This has a cooldown of 60 seconds.

This idea is probably pretty bad, but I honestly think he'd have to be like Doctor in how he mostly tampers with survivors.
