Clown's bug not in the patch notes

Did anyone check and see if Clown's reload slowdown was fixed? I didn't see it in the patch notes despite being a reported bug.

I play clown every night so will check in a few hours

I played a few games and I think it is fixed. I was running Parade Gloves and it seemed to be back to normal.
