Missed event cosmetics

I ended up being super busy and didn't have time to log in until just now and I ended up missing Claudettes hat. I didnt realize that the time frame for it was an 11am on the 30th to a finish time of 11am on the 2nd. That was in really small text. So I had thought I had time. What I'm wondering is, would we know if they would become available to get by buying it or is it just a tough luck kind of thing?

Give it a year, they'll probably hand them out for free again.

Yea, I missed out on Claudettes top because I had work on the days it was available and I work very tight shifts, was big sad.
