PS4 Oni’s passive regeneration locks him out of his power

Step 1 : Play the Oni, perks and add on’s don’t matter.
Step 2 : Get your power almost full and let the passive regeneration take over.
Step 3 : The Oni will look like his power is ready and the audio cue will play telling you so.
Step 4 : Now you will not be able to activate your power even though it says you can and you can’t pick up blood orbs either. The only way to fix this issue is to hit a survivor.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The Oni
- Bbq & chilli, Infectious fright, monitor & abuse and pop goes the weasel.
- Gas haven but has happened on pretty much every other map so I don’t think it matters.
- There is a 100% chance it will happen if you do it the way I explained in the steps above.
