I don't understand how she could be more fun? Maybe the different addons... but they straight up only put a limitation on her power with literally no new way to use it, only less than before.
If you find that fun that's up to you, but personally a pure limit that only narrows the ways you can play her takes away from the fun instead of adding to it.

Chainsaws aren't supposed to overheat. Cooldown bars aren't fun. Giving Billy a toy chainsaw after 4 years is a step backwards. If you were a Billy main instead of a Huntress main you would understand why everyone is upset.

But that's the issue, you need to pull out the chainsaw early in order to moonwalk to get the survivors in a bad position so you can curve them, you can't do that anymore.

That is actually by far one of the best billy themed usernames i have ever seen on the forums props.

Dude, Billy is going to be fine. Only thing I don't like is that it looks like it might take a good 15 seconds to recover after overheating. Aside from that, he's getting a common add-on that increases mobility during a chainsaw sprint.

This isn't me being hostile its me bringing up the development team's history of lying through their teeth on this subject in the past.

The only trend I am seeing is killers that are too far away from the average killer in either strength or just outdated is getting reworked. Freddy was too weak, nurse was too strong. Bubba and Billys addons was ancient, at the same time Bubba was too weak, and Billy while not over powered like nurse, is definitly on the stronger end of killers. Since add-ons and power are directly connected they probably want to have more options while at the same time giving the killer a bit more complexity. Was it the right thing to do? Only time will tell.
But honestly if anyone is next in line for changes its gonna be huntress since her addons (specifically insta downs) is kind of old school. Its not impossible for it to be hag. But if thats true its good news. Since that would imply that maps are gonna be "nerfed" again. Hopefully they are gonna hit spirit, freddy and nurse again before though to bring them closer to our other killers.
Spirit, if the survivors know when she is using her ability its gonna be a lot easier against the good spirits, maybe even give a small indicator like she is phasing in and out. But I would prefer just a proper indicator for when she is phasing.
Freddy, just tune him down. He is too easy for how much power you can get out of him. Maybe limit his pools either in time they stay or in amount of them like demo. Not too sure here, but at the very least just bring his numbers down a little. His power is basically a better clown + teleport.
Nurse. I think she should just be nerfed in how much she can do but maybe made slightly easier to get more people to play her again. Again I am not too sure how to do this. Maybe do something about her blinks but give her some m/s back or something like. Nerf her TR to make Infectious fright worse on her. Hard to say. But the few nurses I meet are goddamn insane. Its only the one tricks and the few who try her out to git gut with her. The god nurses the few there are of them demolish any team they ever meet.

Nerfing backrevving? I'm sorry but what lmao. The time it takes to fully overheat the chainsaw is about 12 seconds. If you can't backrev someone in that amount of time as Billy you have other problems you need to address, like actually learning how to play Billy. This change will probably not affect him much at all. It's gonna be more tedious, yes, and it wasn't necessary (all they had to do was remove the charge add-ons, the things that were actually a problem) but he's still gonna be about the same.
