Lightborn will be an amazing perk
Not many people seem to realise, but you cannot be blinded AT ALL. Like NO MATTER HOW STRONG THE SURVIVORS' FLASHLIGHTS are, you do not care because it cant affect you even in the slighest. But the added effect of seeing the aura of the survivor who's trying to blind you? It is even better. You can play around that and act 'scared' of their flashlights, or walk looking down, to give the impression that you do not have this perk equiped and boom: 10 seconds of aura reading. It's not only an updated Lightborn, but it also gives you an "I'm all ears" benefit. Cant wait to see how it actually is on the PTB because on paper it seems extremly good.

It's already a good perk.
This is kinda just a change I wanted to see. Blinding a killer who has Lightborn as it is, is basically impossible unless you start really early or they mess up real bad and just stare at you.
Taking up one of your 4 precious perk slots tho, probably won't use it except vs flash squads.

no, it will remain mediocre like now. You never get blinded with current lightborn, and 10 seconds of aura reading for one survivor it's not good, you will gain advantage of it roughly 3 times in the entire match and it won't be a great advantage.

I don't know if you ever use it... but like... it already does this IMO. I've never been blinded while using lightborn.

It's but, but the thing is when survivors once tries to blind you and they realise you've got Lightborn, they'll never try again.

I do not think this buff will make it any more appealing. It's just a tool to counter flashlights. Not worth a perk slot imo. Besides if survivors realise you have lightborn, they'll stop flashlighting you. Besides you are better off having franklin's instead of lightborn.

Yeah. I don't think why they had to buff that part. The blind protection is already excellent as is. The aura would've been enough.

It depents, if the survivors flashlight doesn't narrow they will quickly catch on and never attempt it again

I don't believe for a second that it's ever gonna hit the live build. And if it is, it'll be a miracle if it stays that way for more than a month.
