Idea for Silence of the Lambs chapter

So I had an idea for a Sulence of the lambs chapter. As cool of a villian Hannible Lecter is, he wouldn't work as a killer. I think it would be interesting if he was a survivor. It would be different but it could work. The chapter could have Hannible and Clarice as survivors, and a map. I personally think this chapter wouldn't need a killer. It could be interesting and bring in some cool perks.

I don't think it would work dude. Only killer would be buffalo bill, but not enough of a story line to build a killer. Would just be running around eating brains
