2 New Perk Concepts

So guys... i was thinking about some perks in the past and i decided to share some of my ideas.
I originally had a third one but Yui Kimura got it already so here are the other two(NOTE:if you want to change anything on them pls tell me):
- Dead Sprint: Nothing can stop you from going some more to achieve my goal. Whenever you would be put into the dying state will be delayed by 3/3/3 Seconds and you start running by 150% Speed for that 3 seconds.After that 3 second the survivor will immediaetly will be put into the dying state. Any hit or traps interacting with that survivor during Dead Sprint will immediaetly deactivate Dead Sprint and put you into the dying state. Dead Sprint will give you a 80/70/60 Mangled status effect or until healed. "Just a bit more...Just a bit..."???
- Tight Turn: You can be athletic in certain situations. When in a chase trying to do a fast vault will cause the survivor to do a fast vault from any direction. Tight Turn has a cooldown of 50/40/30. The Perk does not activate if you do the fast vault properly. "If i need to do it, im gonna do it properly"???
