Overcharge buff?
Overcharge has a very small niche for punishing survivors tapping gens during chase or if theyre just bad, though wouldnt it be better to be a passive rather than a required step.
Instead of requiring the killer to kick a gen to have the skill check it applies to any gens that start regressing regardless how. That way it can synergize with ruin everytime a survivor stops working on it and procks when surge goes off. For red and purple ranks survivors tend to hut the level 3 skill checks so this may allow it to see some use.

Honestly I don't think it would be too terrible if Overcharge applied 5% on kick as well as if the slill check is missed.
However, I feel like if this were implemented the devs would slap a 14 minute cooldown on it so...

It would be awesome if they at first just fix the bug and make it apply the additional regression as the perk describes. Failing the skillcheck regresses the gen by 10% but should be 15%
Not really old ruin. First, it is a one time thing when you get back on the gen but not for follow up skillchecks as long as you stay on the gen. Second, you need to invest 2 perks for this effect. And that should be, like Enduring Fury, simply be a strong combo imo.

The only buff I'd like to see to Overcharge is to have the chime removed. Just like it would be if you had 5 stacks of lullaby.

Overcharge should speed the kicking animation of the gens.
This is the only buff i think should be added with overcharge.
