PC - Ace torso cosmetic (Red & Gold Tangzhuang) is invisible

The event moonrise cosmetic Red & Gold Tangzhuang for Ace is sometimes invisible unless they are pretty close. Here are some screenshots.
On the hook you can see he's missing his entire torso. You may have to zoom in a bit to see but it's there just a floating head and legs.
This time with aura. The aura of the torso is not visible either.
