Desription : I was playing earlier as Oni on Ironworks of misery, I ended up getting stuck between a pallet loop and a rock, Linked is a screenshot.
Steps to reproduce : It's rng if you get this layout, so it may not spawn every time
How often does it occur: I have only seen this once.
It is between those crates and the rock, the tree effectively is also in the way.
