I just wanted to know, after the rift and everything closes and all, does the customization later appear in the shop for you to buy? Or its lost forever and you can't get it?

It appears 6 months after it closes in the Shop except for Charms.

The devs said it will appear 6 to 12 months after their respective rifts.
