The game has been playing normally with very minimal lag-based issues before this bug occurred. I was playing Yui Kimura (Nagoya's New Contender skin) with the perks We'll Make It, Dark Sense, Kindred, and Hope). I also had tools equipped.
The killer was the pig. I was working on a gen with another survivor, the pig downed my character as I went back to fixing the gen. Which put me into the floating state you see below. Being on hooks and on the killer's back functions normally, but going on the ground when downed or when injured/healed left me stuck in this floating state, and therefore leaves the game unplayable. You can move around while in the air.
