If you have it on PS4 they'll easily refund it for you if you call them.

Heads up: If it's Steam, and you've played with that DLC for 2 hours or more, you won't be refunded. While I support the changes BHVR made with Pyramid Head, I realize they released an unfinished product, and that boned people who purchased it for how it was originally.

The only thing that's changed is Pyramid Head no seeing cage auras, and the devs state that because this is a live game verything is subject to change in their Terms of Service, there was a 2 week PTB with hundreds of videos about it, so I'm not so sure it's not what was advertised and more the fact you're sad you can't tunnel out of cage as easily.

Perks are the worst added to the game yet.
Power is clunk.
Cages are free escapes now might as well just give them respawns
And he's low tier at best if not bottom tier and I paid money for something complete and hes already gotten major nerfs twice now. Worst experience with a new killer since Demigorg
I won't be putting any more money into dbd again thats for sure.

Lol he's just bully bait. Nothing strong on him.
Everything about him is done better on other killers.
He's a deathslinger with a harder to hit shot. He's got no stealth and his traps can't be anywhere near an obj and disappear quickly and take long to set up and all they give is the effect that lets you put them in a now free escape cage. Why bother.

So how is this not what you paid for?
You can see the perks before they're out, you can see the power before they're out, how was this not advertised correctly? It's obviously you just being upset you can't tunnel, it's still a hook stage, that's like calling hooks free escapes... unless you're a camper lol

You are not playing him correctly if you are using his cages for everything, and using his ranged attack blindly.
The notion that the only thing he is good for is bait is just wrong, if you can predict where a survivor is going its an easy down, Im all ears can help with that.

Then it's what you paid for.
As with EVERY game and dlc, you pay to play it "as is" and with the ToS stating "subject to change" at least somewhere. It would have NEVER stayed as it was announced. Even if it was 100% balanced. Game changes. Period.

I'd hesitate to call some of the things here attacking. Some people ain't exactly being kind but it does say in the EULA that it's a love game and that everything is always subject to change without prior warning. If OP wants a refund because something changed without prior notice, then they didn't look at the EULA hard enough and shouldn't be disappointed at BHVR for doing what their EULA says they can do.
