Oni Power Not Activating

There are a couple bugs with Oni's Power
1) If his power passively regens to full, it cannot be activated until he hits a survivor with his m1
2) Collecting blood orbs will sometimes fill his power bar to full, but will remain white. Holding m2 will flash the m2 option at the bottom of the screen and the power is rendered unusable for the remainder of the game.

What’s the point playing a killer that’s not able to use their own power. This is a major bug, cause it effects the entire gameplay of the Oni.
