Ok, I need to say this
Hello Folks,
I wasn't going to make a forum post since most of the issues I have, someone has already posted about. Also, I love this game....most of the time and think it has potential. So without further adue, here is my rant. Ever since PH came out, the game has seen numerous bugs. For example, the speed of all killers is off, they are faster then what their data claims. Either do to lag, or bug. Hex:Thrill of the Hunt doesn't alert you half the time when they are cleansing your totems. Survivors don't scream, when they are supposed to, when getting hit with puke from plague or other killers. Face-camping needs to be addressed. I am sorry, but its way outta hand. There needs to be some sort of debuff if the killer is going to be up your ass and not move. The hacking/cheating also needs to be taken care of. My wife and I have witnessed it, reported it, and there are tons of YouTube videos of cheats, and yet, nothing seems to get done. Then comes one of the biggest issues. The reporting feature is a complete joke! Everybody knows is a waste of time to use it cause nothing comes of it. There needs to be a better system implemented, Especially on consoles. I know, devs dont read posts that often, but it did feel good to get it off the chest. Thanks

killers are faster now? thats a new one- are you sure? i feel like this gamebreaking glitch wouldve been reported earlier.
facecamping, there isnt really much to do unfortunately. either it does nothing, or it's easily exploitable.
hacking and cheating, you need to report in-game then provide additional evidence to dbd support. you can find that hyperlinked here. make sure to submit one for "additional player report info".
you say reporting is a joke, but things do actually come from it, provided you follow the additonal steps. devs only ban on reports alone when it's through harassment in post-game chat as they can save the chatlogs. in forms of harassment elsewhere, report it to the platform then drop them a fat block. hopefully theyll take action (ik in the case of sony, people get banned easily from one or two reports, and same with microsoft on xbox).
i agree the systems needs to be better- like much better- but without following those steps you cant really expect much else. apologies mate.
