What I think is a really good idea for a chapter!
I gave this some crazy thought and think I've come up with a killer and survivor that would shake up the game.
Nicknamed the shapeshifter (the alien from the thing movies) it takes the shape of a grotesque creature with multiple heads and legs but this is only temporary.
It's main ability would be that any survivor that you hook up you then take the appearance of that survivor until a time you want to exit that appearance ( for example when next to another survivor).
Once next to a survivor you can come out of that shape and attack other survivors but takes 3 seconds to exit the shape, once out of it you have to hook another survivor to take another shape and while disguised you have no terror radius and can vault over and through things you just can't fix or open anything.
His secondary ability would be leaving pools of muck and flesh on the floor that when walked over you get grabbed by tentacles that hold you in place and you have to struggle free as if grabbed by the killer but it takes half the effort to escape and the killer gets notified when you walk into one. They can put up to 6 puddles down and can put them down while disguised too.
The killers perks would be as follows:
Perk 1: biological link
Create a mental link through your cells of the muck, when a survivor is caught by a muck puddle see their aura from 16, 24 and 36 meters respectively.
Perk 2: survival instinct
Feel a rush of strength when presented with an opportunity, when a survivor is caught by a muck puddle increase movement speed by 3%, 5% and 10% respectively.
Perk 3: cellular trace (learnable perk)
Use your unknown sense to find your victims, after hitting a survivor see their aura for 3, 5 and 7 seconds respectively.
The survivor would be McReady from the 80s version of the film as I think you could have some great alternative accessories and i think is the most memorable character from that group of films.
His perks would be as follows:
Perk 1: situational urgency
You need to get everyone out and right now! Fix generators and open gates 5%, 10% and 15% quicker respectively while within the killers terror radius.
Perk 2: trust your gut
You have an incredible knack for knowing who to trust and who not to, activates (emblem glows) when killer is in visual LOS within 15, 20 and 25 meters respectively.
Perk 3: game of bones (learnable perk)
A strange power links you and the killer momentarily, when ever you cleanse a totom reveal killers aura for 3 seconds. Increase the speed you cleanse totoms by 5%, 7% and 10% respectively.
I hope I get some feedback from everyone on this as I would be curious as to what you guys would think and sorry it's abit long but had to get it out there. Peace!

Okay a few things one, The devs said they don’t plan on ever doing a disguise killer/shapeshifter as it wouldn’t work and would either be too weak or too strong, and Two killer perks are not suppose to directly affect their power..they are ment to be killer perks that can be used on any killer.

Can all killers use all perks? If that's the case I didn't realise as thought each killer had their own set but one was learnable, my bad if they are all useable. In regards to the shapeshifter ability I think it's well balanced in this case as once you are out of it you have to hook someone to get it back, if you don't hook no one you can't use it so encourages team work to avoid the killer using it so makes the torch relevent again and escape perks.

It would be strong against solo survivors maybe but a SWF can easily tell each other whos who using voice comms.

Yeah possibly but you would get an initial couple of seconds advantage til they knew who you were.
