ps4 - Lobby load in - visual bug / gameplay & application breaking

queing in lobby (surviour or killer)
screen changes to loading into match lobby
Match lobby renders menu on the left and nothing else
( there is no music or characters) - Nothing changes your just stuck in this blank Match lobby screen
Issue persits until applciation is closed and restarted - no error made or disconnect ban timer

I was hooked only once during the game. I was Dwight and the killer was wraith. After I was hooked it showed my character icon as I was still down and then the camera fixed onto the killer as if I was a spectator or if I was 3rd person. Also a bug in the map occurred where the killer fell through an open gap on the floor which the textures seemed to have been deleted and in led straight to the basement
