    This is not a bug. You got gifted 444,444 BP, correct? Then the new cap is 1,444,444 for one time only. So if you have, say 300K BP, you can max it to 1,444,444 BP. But once you spend that large amount, it reset to 1 Mil. I hope this make sense.
