No Anniversary Gateaus In Bloodwebs!

Hi guys.
I'm on PS4
I've been using cakes every game and then spending points on ALL my survivors' bloodwebs to try ad get them back, plus any more that may come up...but for a couple of days now I've probably only reclaimed about 2 or 3 between all survivors and I'm wondering if this is a bug or have the bloodwebs been nerfed?
I love the anniversary items, but I'm barely getting any in any of my bloodwebs and the cakes are what I'm grinding for. With only 6 days left of the event, this is making me a bit sad. Can I please get some insight on this?
