Oni Unusable Power Bug

PC/Console: Oni Unable to use power when using add-ons that passively generate power
Step 1 : Playing as The Oni, with either one or both of the following add-ons: Shattered Wakizashi, Polished Maedate
Step 2 : Using add-ons to finish generating Yamaoka's Wrath
Step 3 : Hitting a healthy survivor fixes the issue
Step 4 : It is now possible to use power
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: The Oni
- Can happen with any perks or no perks
- Can happen on any map/realm
- Can happen at least once per trial, it is possible to happen multiple times in a single trial
- If hitting a survivor fills Yamaoka's Wrath to around 99% and the power is generated during an animation the use of Yamaoka's Wrath can not be activated (This is the most common form I, myself have run into)
- Similarly, during animations such as picking up a survivor, kicking a pallet/gen/breakable wall, or grabbing a survivor out of a locker it is possible for the power to become unusable but do not seem to happen as consistently
