What is wrong with matchmaking?

So, i when i play solo it keeps giving me rank 16 or 20 players that dont do gens, dont heal and dont unhook and when they even hear the terror radius they immediately go crouching behind rock and when i play with friends it keeps giving us rank 20 killer

And when im Killer i keep getting survivor with friends that are like purple or red rank and they are sweaty and toxic af this is not ok and im like rank 15 i dont play killer too much
