Nurse stunning with flashlight :o

Genuinely curious! Has anybody ever pulled one of these off? I feel like loads of people (myself included) didn't even know this was a thing for the longest time. Usually if you are in range to try to execute it your ass was grass already.

In the case you didn't know if you hold a flashlight on a nurse for 2 seconds she is frozen for 2 seconds and locked out of blinking. 🎃🔦

Almost never. Pretty much the only situation where I've been able to do it has been when Nurse is really fixated on another teammate, like if they're in a chase and on death hook or if they're injured and running for the exit gate. Usually if you try she'll just see or hear the flashlight and murder you before you get the burn.

If you're in a really tricky spot where you absolutely want to prevent the Nurse from blinking at all (maybe she's trying to get the only injured survivor in the Exit Gate), shine a flashlight on her before she starts blinking, and she is unable to begin doing so until the beam leaves her body.

I've only ever once had a flashlight-nurse interaction beyond blinding in fatigue, and that was something similar to the situation described above.

I've never done it to another player, but I've been on the receiving side a time or two. It is exceptionally rare though. It's very difficult for the ranges to work out where the flashlight is at an effective range but the killer requires a long enough charge to be blind/stunned. At close range the killer doesn't charge the blink long enough. At long range the flashlight is ineffective. It is one of the most difficult things to pull off assuming the killer isn't a n00b.
