Oni blood fury bug

The power meter is filled up with blood orbs and I press activate button to initiate blood fury and nothing happens. It happens inconsistently. Sometimes it will activate and sometimes it won’t. I’d say every 3 times I use blood fury the bug will appear. I play on Xbox.

    PC Dead By Daylight, exactly the same bug, so frustrating. Waited 20 minutes for a game. 50% through the match my blood capped and I couldn't use my ability anymore. When holding right click M2 would just flash.
