HEX perk bug

TL;DR - 2 HEX perks can spawn on the same totem but when the totem is cleansed only 1 of them is removed and the other one doesn't have a totem anymore.

Build - PH with HEX: Retribution, BBQ (tier1), HEX: Devour, HEX: Ruin

If you have multiple HEX perks some can spawn on the same totem and once you cleanse it one of the HEX perks will stay permanently. Survivors cleansed a totem that had Retribution and Ruin on it and once cleansed (after the aura reveal) both perks were shown inactive in the HUD however once I got survivors off gens they started regressing as if ruin was still up. At that point there was still 1 lit totem in the game which was Devour. It got cleansed a little later removing Devour from the match but nothing changed about Ruin.

Not sure how often this occurs because I've been running the same build for a while now on PH and it only happened once on Haddonfield.
