New Grab Bug?

Here's how it happened. I "grabbed" a survivor as they jumped into a locker but the grab failed (as always, nothing unusual), HOWEVER the game thought I was carrying someone. I couldn't interact with anything, and also I had a hook prompt but couldn't actually hook them. I also moved at carrying speed. This bug is fatal, and needs fixed fast.
Reproduce? I'm not sure. Happened once.

Same exact thing happened to me on Nurse except the grab went through. Couldn’t hook the survivor or drop them.
