Prestige problems character is level 50 and I carnt prestige

My character is currently level 50 and I have already prestige once but I carnt do it a second time I know you can prestige characters three times so I am confused, it doesn't come up with the option to prestige just click to continue level 50 it has done this a couple of times.

Yeah once you press a to continue the option to prestige will be in the center of your bloodweb.

AHH ok when I first presided it just came up on that screen I didn't realise it went onto the blood web
